Because of the close working relationships that CMG staff members develop with our clients' volunteers and members, we build strong loyalty to the associations we manage and have a strong personal investment in their programs. By having multiple staff members work closely with each client, we develop a deep institutional knowledge of the association's history, goals and unique vision, and work hard to make success a reality for each of them.
Every member of the CMG staff makes a personal commitment to our clients' projects. We value the quality of our work and invest the time and attention needed to assure a quality product. Areas of responsibility are clearly defined, making it easy for society leaders to address questions to the appropriate staff member. Through this direct contact, individual staff members gain a clear understanding of our clients' goals, and we are able to respond to those needs efficiently with our full breadth of expertise.
You always know where you stand with CMG. Client invoices detail all services and the staff providing the services, measured in quarter hour increments. Fees are charged monthly, only after a service has been provided. This affords significant cost control during months between meetings or dues renewal cycles when the client's income is naturally lower than at busier times of the year. As directed by each client's Board, an independent professional auditing firm is engaged to conduct an audit or financial review of each client's annual financial activities. The full results are reported to the Board. All audits conducted have shown exemplary handling of clients' financial interests by CMG.
