Staff

CMG builds a close relationship with each of its clients, assigning staff to be points of contact for clearly defined areas of responsibility. This makes it easy for society leaders to address questions to the appropriate staff member and it enables us to respond to a client's needs using our full breadth of expertise. By having multiple staff members work closely with each client, we develop a deep institutional knowledge of the association's history, goals and unique vision.

Values

When CMG staff members sat down for a Monday morning staff meeting in the summer of 2010, our President, Elliott Graham, asked each staff member to think of the word or phrase that we thought most characterized CMG as a management company. Two stood out.

Personal Commitment

One of the most often repeated phrases was “personal commitment.” Because of the close working relationships that CMG staff members develop with our clients’ volunteers and members, we build strong loyalty to the associations we manage and have a strong personal investment in their programs. We truly care about our clients’ achievements and work hard to make success a reality for each of them.

Quality

Every member of the CMG staff takes ownership of the projects and tasks they work on for CMG clients. Because of this ownership and the personal commitment noted above, all staff members value the quality of their work and invest the time and attention needed to ensure a quality product.
