A critical service provided by CMG is quality control for all written materials
associated with the client. CMG and its association clients are judged
by the quality of the written communications and published products provided
to members and the industry-at-large. Every member of our staff is detail
and quality control oriented
and trained. We have systems in place for
proofreading documents at appropriate levels to ensure that every document
is accurate, complete, concise and well written. CMG uses graphic design
software to develop publication materials in-house, resulting in an improved
quality product at the lowest possible cost to the client. Our staff
is experienced in the layout of handbooks, newsletters, directories, programs
and marketing materials including advertisement placement. We save our
clients considerable expenditures by preparing publications for printing and
bulk
mailing by an
excellent listing of preferred printers, with whom we have an established relationship. We also coordinate editorial work and manuscript compilation on larger works, such as hard bound textbooks, for publication through major publishing houses. |

scientific journals. CMG handles all aspects of interface between the client
society and the journals with which it is affiliated. We manage the
subscription process and ensure that the journal is handled as the very important
benefit of membership that it represents. We are experienced in working
effectively with journal publishers, negotiating contracts for clients, processing
member subscriptions, and developing advertising materials and campaigns.
