Fee for Service

CMG boasts a wide range of capabilities and services, which are customized to fit the budget and requirements of each client using the fee-for-service system. The CMG billing system does not include a base management fee; the client simply pays for services as they are performed. This system allows each client total flexibility to scale up or down its management activities to meet the needs and/or financial situation of the society. The CMG fee-for-service system also ensures transparency of charges, fairness to both parties and maximum control of expenditures by the client. CMG staff members track their time in quarter hour increments, allocating their time spent performing client tasks to the line items identified by the client Board of Directors. The Board knows exactly the cost of each service provided to the membership and can make informed financial decisions based on the information. Administration expenses, such as printing, photocopies and communications charges, are passed on to the client as they are incurred, without addition of overhead or surcharge.
